1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You are within 30 days of your original purchase date
- The digital product does not function as described
- You experienced technical issues we were unable to resolve
- You accidentally made a duplicate purchase
Note: Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds after you have downloaded, accessed, or used the product, unless there is a proven technical defect.
2. Products Not Eligible for Refunds
- Products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used
- Custom or specially developed products
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Products obtained through promotional or discounted offers marked "final sale"
3. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Support
Email us at support@ssdf.site with:
- Your order number or transaction ID
- The product name and version purchased
- A clear explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation
Step 2: Review Process
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.
Step 3: Resolution
We will notify you of our decision via email. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed
4. Alternative Resolutions
Before processing a refund, we may offer:
- Technical support to resolve any issues you're experiencing
- Exchange for a different product of equal value
- Store credit for future purchases

5.Stripe Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once a refund is approved:
- Stripe processes refunds within 5-10 business days
- Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund
- Please contact your bank if you haven't seen the refund after 10 business days
6. Cancellations
For one-time purchases, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. For Enterprise customers with annual support agreements, please contact us 30 days before your renewal date to cancel.
